Country Bar

We constructed the frame of the bar from rough pine and we had to craft the tongue and groove. They don't sell 2x4s or Tongue & Groove in Brasilia. The bartop was crafted from a Brazilian hardwood named Angico that we had to cut down due to safety concerns. It was difficult to epoxy becuase its a hardwood, but once finished, it turned out beautiful. The barndoors we crafted from rough pine as well. Two log barstools and all barstool tops we crafted from leftover pieces cut from the bartops. The entire project took approximately 6 months from drying the bartop to finalizing photos.
